Use a Custom Rate Card on a Quote

Use these steps to use a custom rate card on a quote, instead of the default rate card.

To use a custom rate card on a quote, complete the following steps:

1. Display the quote on the Add/Edit Quote page (for a new quote) or the Quotes page (for an existing quote).
2. Choose the custom rate card from the Rate Card drop-down above the data grid. TrafficLIVE prompts you to confirm that you want to apply the new rate card and update all existing line items with the rates from the selected rate card.
3. Click OK.
4. Click .
   Note: Any manually added values—commonly for Purchases and Expenses—are reset to zero when you apply another rate card.
